Personal Design Consultation
Need a fresh perspective on a design challenge in your home? This targeted service is designed to empower you with expert solutions in a single, time-efficient session.
We’ll meet in your space (location permitting) to assess your specific concerns. Whether it’s maximizing an awkward layout, finding the perfect paint color, preparing your home for sale, or breathing new life into outdated features, we’ll work collaboratively to discover actionable solutions that address your challenges and align with your unique style. During our consultation, you’ll receive immediate feedback and expert design direction to move forward with confidence.
Flat fee for a single area starts at $350 and includes a 40 minute discovery call and 90 minute design consultation. Consultation will be in home if within 15 miles of Florence, or via FaceTime or Zoom. We’ll agree on price if more time is required for larger spaces or if more travel time is required.

A convenient and cost-effective way to refresh your space through a combination of video consultations, mood boards, color selections and detailed plan layouts that give you the flexibility to implement the design in your own time and as budget allows. Enjoy the ease of online communication while still receiving the guidance of an experienced designer.
Striving for pricing that is affordable, Virtual E-Design is priced at a flat rate based on your project size and type. I will use the measurements and photos you provide to complete your plan.
For a more personalized experience, consider adding 2 hour In Person site survey to your Virtual E-Design service. We’ll meet in your home (location permitting) and I’ll gather all the necessary measurements and reference photos first hand, so you don’t have to. In person site survey: $350 per room.

I meticulously manage the details, budget and schedule of your approved design plan.
Includes collaboration with and scheduling trusted vendors to ensure every element follows the plan and meets the highest quality standards.
This service includes coordination of the delivery of furniture, finishes and decor (excludes storage).
Throughout the project, I’ll conduct regular site visits (frequency based on scope) to oversee progress and address any concerns.
As your on site point of contact coordinating all aspects of your renovation, I will proactively troubleshoot challenges, manage the unexpected and keep you informed every step of the way.

Materials Sourcing
Imagine your renovation completely free from the stress of sourcing and managing the delivery of materials, fixtures, and furnishings.
This service takes care of the heavy lifting of order placement, troubleshooting and managing the unexpected, ensuring you receive materials in sequence as your project progresses. Includes obtaining samples and physical mood board creation.
I will manage product lead times to keep your project on budget. Includes logistics, order placement, delivery management and documentation.
With my extensive industry knowledge and relationships with trusted vendors, you will have access to one of a kind pieces and unique materials that elevate your space.

The Process
First Step—Introductions
I will be happy to connect with you for a complimentary 20 minute exploratory call to talk through service options and understand your overall design aspirations.
What Happens Next?
Once we agree to move forward with an understanding of the scope of your project, I will send you the necessary paperwork to get started.
This will include a Welcome Packet that explains what I need from you in terms of photos and measurements, your Letter of Agreement, Terms of Service and Initial Invoice.
Once I receive your payment and signed documents, I will send your Welcome Questionnaire and we’ll schedule your 90 minute Discovery Call or In Person Consultation to delve deeper into your vision, style and functional needs.
Concept & Design Development
Based on our Discovery Call and services selected, I will create your initial design plan for review. For the Virtual Design option, you will have two rounds of revisions.
Once approved, your refined design concepts, floor plans, color, materials and furnishing suggestions will be finalized with every element resonating with your vision.
Upon payment of your final invoice, I will forward your complete digital design plan, ready for implementation.
Your quote and project delivery timeline will be based on the scope of work and service options you choose.
